My morning sickness is extremely bad at the moment, so unfortunately nothing seems to completely settle it. I did find this tea helped calm my tummy a little and gave me some relief. The flavour was really pleasant and easy to drink, which is definitely a bonus when you’re feeling nauseous. I’d recommend giving it a try, especially for milder nausea.
